What Does the Role Involve?
As a member of our Sales & Customer Service team, you'll play a critical role in driving our company’s success by helping us maintain and grow our customer relationships. Here's how you'll contribute:
- Engage with New Leads: You’ll actively reach out via phone, email, and social media to connect with prospects and book appointments. Building relationships is your passion, and handling concerns with professionalism is second nature.
- Support Sales Initiatives: Assist in preparing proposals, managing client information, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with both sales staff and field technicians to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Track & Report: Prepare and analyze sales reports with a focus on leads, projections, and marketing initiatives.
- Create a Positive Workplace: Help organize employee incentives, special events, and company-wide initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, proactive, and not afraid of a challenge. To excel in this role, you’ll need to:
- Be detail-oriented and organized with a proven ability to multitask

Work independently while being an exceptional team player - Possess strong computer skills and be comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Docs, and CRM systems
