We provide, and recommend, all of the supplies needed for your home cleaning. All of our products are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and effective.

One of our highly-trained, certified, bonded and insured cleaning technicians.

Typically, one technician is assigned for a recurring Maintenance Cleaning. For larger homes and for our detailed services, such as our Top-to-Bottom Cleaning, you can expect two to three certified technicians, including a lead technician.

We will assign you with one of the same few technicians to ensure the best service possible. While all of our technicians are trained to provide the exact same results (excellence!) appointing a couple of different technicians allows us to provide you with the most convenient appointment scheduling.

This depends greatly on the size of your home, as well as other factors. On average, our Top-to-Bottom Cleaning takes four to six hours, while our average Maintenance Cleaning takes three hours.

We ask for all dishes, laundry, and other surface items to be put away prior to your appointment, allowing us to focus on the cleaning!

Not only is every employee bonded and insured by Abby Cleaning for your safety, we only employ individuals who possess a strong moral compass. We have not encountered any issue of this sort in the past, and will continue to hold the highest of standards for our team.

Only if you would like. Our technicians are comfortable working with our clients home, or away. If you have a home office, and or any special requests, please let your technician know and they can accommodate your needs.

The method of entry will be set up by our office when you set up your appointment.

Most systems today have the option for a temporary code, or remote control entry, however these details will be discussed upon making your appointment with our office.

Our administration team will be sure that this detail is not forgotten prior to your appointment.

We have both morning and afternoon appointments to choose from. Our morning appointments start at 8:30 am, and afternoon between 12:00-1:00pm.

If our technician is running late, they will contact you before your appointment to inform you of their new arrival time.

We love them! We only ask that they are kept in a safe place during your appointment to maximize our technician’s efficiency and to avoid them getting underfoot.

Our team is fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus. In addition, each of our technicians are equipped with all necessary PPE. If you have a mask preference, please feel free to let your technician know, and they will gladly wear a mask during your appointment.

Gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated. If you would like to leave a tip, we have made it simple to do so with a post-appointment automated text.

We accept all major credit or debit cards. We also offer the convenience of autopay.

We ask that you provide us with at least one week’s notice for any schedule or service appointment changes.
