Who is responsible for providing the cleaning supplies?
We provide all of the supplies that are needed for cleaning your home. All of our products are non-toxic, pet-safe, and effective.
Who will be cleaning my house?
One of our highly-trained, certified, bonded and insured cleaning technicians.
How many cleaning technicians will be assigned to my appointment?
Typically, one technician is assigned for a recurring Maintenance Cleaning. For larger homes and for our detailed services, such as our Top-to-Bottom Cleaning, you can expect two to three certified technicians, including one lead technician.
Will I continue to receive the same technician each time?
We will assign you with one of the same few technicians to ensure the best service possible. While all of our technicians are trained to provide the exact same results, appointing a select few technicians allows us to provide you with the most convenient appointment scheduling.
How long will my appointment take?
It depends greatly on the size of your home and other factors. An average Top-to-Bottom Cleaning takes four to six hours, while an average Maintenance Cleaning takes three hours.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for my appointment?
In order for our team to provide a detailed and efficient cleaning, we ask that all dishes, laundry, and other small surface items be stored away prior to your appointment.
What should I do if I have a question about my appointment?
If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact our office through phone, email, or our client text line.
Do I have to be home during my appointment?
Only if you would like. Our technicians are comfortable working with our clients present, or away. If you have a home office and will be working during your appointment, please let your technician know and they can accommodate your needs.
How will the technicians enter my home if I am not there?
The method of entry to your home will be set up by our office during your appointment scheduling.
What if I have a security alarm?
Most systems today have the option for a temporary code, or remote control entry, however these details will be discussed upon making your appointment with our office.
What happens if I forget to provide access to my home?
Our administration team will be sure that this detail is not forgotten prior to your appointment.
When exactly will the technicians arrive?
Our morning appointments start at 8:30 am and afternoon appointments start between 12:00-1:00 pm.
What about my pets?
We love them! However, we ask that they are kept in a safe place during your appointment to maximize our technician’s efficiency and to avoid getting underfoot.
What happens if I want something that is not included in the cleaning package?
No problem! Please reach out and we will be happy to discuss some of our add-on services.
What if I have certain specific requests for cleaning my home?
No problem! Contact our office staff and they will be happy to set up any special requests for your home.
Should I tip my technicians?
Gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated. If you would like to leave a tip, we have made it simple to do so with a post-appointment automated text.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit or debit cards. We also offer the convenience of autopay.
When will the charge be made to my credit card?
After your appointment is completed.
What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
We ask that you provide us with at least one week’s notice for any schedule or service appointment changes.
